The question was "what parts do you need to get the save the queen?," and I was the only one to give an answer that could be remotely correct (and I'm possitive that it is correct).
That being said, I'm going to ask a question, 'cause it's been about two days...
What's Julia's last name?
Her maiden name was Heartilly. If she changed her name when she married General Caraway, it would obviously be Caraway. The game doesn't tell us this in any direct way but she is usually called Julia Heartilly when her name does make the occasional appearance.
Now, there's no way that could be wrong. So I'll just keep this thing going:
When does Quistis give you the tutorial on Status-Atk Junctioning?
during disc 2, when you discover that garden is ... mobile ... right around/during/before that?
Ansem: After you've become a SeeD, after the party, in the Training Center, in case you fight any T-Rexaurs.
Kounetsu: Ohhhh Quistis... *looking at a Quistis centerfold*
Ansem: How do you obtain Weapons Mon. Aug.?
That's the first one you collect, isn't it? I don't know...I never actually memorized that useless information, so I'll just guess...
By beating Elvoret in your SeeD exam at Dollet.
Weapons monthly Aug. Is obtained in the very last Laguna flashback. It is the magazine that has many of the ultimate weapons in it, including the lion heart. (notice that Aug. Is the month of Squalls birthday, so it is fitting that his most powerful weapon is in that magazine)
P.S. Sorry for that useless little bit of information. Ive played this game to many times.
You're all getting confused between the magazines. For one, there are 7 magazines. March, April, May, June, July, August and 1st issues.
1st issue is the one that Laguna finds in Adel's 17 year-ago Esthar and it is the 1st issue that has the materials lists for four of the best weapons for four characters not August.
August is the one found in Trabia Garden if I'm not mistaken. You get it by going to the room with the two guys fixing the computer network and reading the diary, then following it's directions and walking south from the fountain statue until you see the magazine on the ground.
EDIT: Sorry guys, I've decided to jump the gun again and ask another question before confirmation. I am 99% that I'm right though (and if did hit that 1% of error, then the actual answer is that the magazine is in the Training Garden)
Question: Where can the Queen of Cards be found during Disc 4 when it's too late to do the side quest?
At the lunar base escape pod- its on the far points of one of the continents!
Both are correct, I think. After you find her at the escape pod, she'll join you aboard the Ragnarok.
...I think...
Laguna was right. Only the CC Group boards the Ragnarok on disc 4. The Card Queen (if you haven't done the side quest) will be at the southern tip of Esthar where the crash site of the escape pod is.
Take it away Laguna.
Okay, this has been going on for quite some time...I'll just make an easy question to get this going again.
What determines how much damage Cactuar does?
:D
The level he's at? eg: 6 = 6000, 7 = 7000?
Very close...eh, what the heck, I'll give it to you. But it's more like::: level 60=6,000, level 70=7,000.
Take it away Mossy!
:D
Oh cool, thanks. It was either 6 or 60.
Right *cracks knuckles*
Ok, read this one carefully.
How many mobile gardens are ther in the story of FF8?
