Hooray for FF4 and FF9 NPCs! This is a tough choice, of course, but after a bit of thinking, I decided to go with Beatrix. Her personality, character theme, beauty and battle skills are very impressive, although Rubicante's personality of a gentleman, cool ice/fire-absorbing cloak and the fact that he's the Fire Fiend all make him a great NPC too. Anyway, nice finals. May the best NPC win!

As far as I know, this round already ended with Rubicant winning Leo 10-9. The final round is already up, Beatrix vs. Rubicant. It just hasn't been merged with this thread yet.
Pfft, Leo owned too much not to make it to the finals. Rubicant was cool, but Leo had Shock, and Shock > all. Except maybe Beatrix's Seiken.
Tough one, but I'm going to have to go for Beatrix.

I randomly picked since I don't like either. I should have waited because I would have voted for Rubicant since he's losing.
