We seriously need like a "Best Banned" category, like how we have Best Male and Best Female. We also really need Funniest Banned Member Moment.

Nah, I've seen people nominated for Most Missed who had posted within the past month or had just gone for a week - in fact, I wouldn't be surprised if some of them were actually active, too. :p

As for your Best Banned, there should never be a reason to glorify banned members, and the Most Missed is close enough as it is, considering 4/6 of the finalists are banned. Also, if we only banned a few members in the six months, then it'd be crap.
