When English words cannot be translated (or it is a name of an universal sold thing) they appear on they English form.
Actually it would go like this:

Maybe the word Winhill appears in English being a name.
It is a composition of the words win +hill so maybe the word Sam being a name appears as an English word on a Japanese script.
There is no real reason to believe the common words weren´t translated literally just because they appear on a speech figure.
For instance Winhill could appear as Japanese with the words win+hill glued and Deling as an English name.
