You lose your freinds and lovers, fail school and eventually get excommunicated by the Catholic Church. Eventually your family hires a an exorcist to remove the evil "demons" within you. It turns out it wasn't a disorder caused by the game, but rather you being possesed by the vengeful spirits of Tetsuya Takahashi and Soraya Saga, who committed suicide after having their beloved story rip apart by corporate bigwigs...

Granted, but it's a giant kitty that has poisonous teeth. It the bites you in half but you are still barely alive but dying of poison to only see it eat your family as well before you die.
