I PM'ed a viable solution.

I am currently investigating this. I'm sure you all remember what happened the last time someone messed with the mafia accounts so I hope there was no foul play involved here.

Everyone remember pyro? He got banned. Perma I think... If someone confesses then maybe you wont be perma banned. And if you think lying low wont get you banned at all, IP addresses man...
