The last passage is a reference to the fact that before the whole "Resurrect Aerith" rumor the biggest time waster rumor in the series was trying to resurrect Leo. Which is impossible without a hacked game.Quote:

Aside from the "no tears from allies" line that I couldn't figure out, and the last stanza (I never heard of those rumors), I had most of my reasoning right :)
