The (SPOILER) SuperMan Tower of Power is located in two places that I could find. Since I also see (SPOILER) a Texas flag, I'm going with Arlington, Texas.

I should also say that (SPOILER) the Texas flag pretty much narrowed down the Tower of Power Ride to my location. I neglected to mention it before because it was so damn obvious :P
