If it's from a secret scene, then it's likely from the Cloud/Zack explanation, the Vincent/Lucrecia flashback, or the Icicle Inn tapes. I think, in any case, that it's the latter; I seem to recall Ifalna saying "Wh...what?" during the final tape.
Nope. it's not. It's an OPTIONAL thing. But it's not secret. Basically you need one thing to get this scene, and I'm pretty sure everyone got it on their first time playing FF7.
