Bill Simmons of ESPN recapping Summerslam...one of the most boring PPVs of the past 5 years.

It's hilarious though, and I knew Y2J and Shawn Michaels would carry their respective matches.

And why the hell do we need to pay $35 to see Hogan rile up the crowd with his punches, leg drop, and 1-2-3? He does this on RAW every week anyways. Oh well, good thing I didn't pay to see it...and I was right about Brock and Bret Hart not showing up. :)

NOTE: This guy clearly hasn't been seeing wrestling the past 5 years like he says. For one, he's confused that there's 2 championship matches. And 2nd, he calls Shawn Michaels "Sean".

My reason for watching Raw was fired. :cry: I hope Jericho isn't taking a vacation and he still gets some kind of comedic on screen role. At least my second favorite wrestler is the number one contender. I hope he kicks that young punk Cena's butt.

Chris Jericho is leaving so he can go tour with his band Fozzy. So he wont be back for quit some time. There are rumors going around that he may go to TNA when he is down with his tour because his contract with the WWE has expired (or it will in a little bit). But I doubt that, he will probably comeback. Hopefully.


Anyway, Kurt Angle (my favorite wrestler) BETTER win the freakin title. If he loses to john cena, I will never watch raw again until Cena loses the title. I am sick of him and Batista with the belts. They are BORING. If cena went back to heel, then I wouldnt mind him as champ. But as a face, be sucks. Just like Tist. Angle better win and he better win cleanly. He deserves it. And then they can turn Angle face and have him fued with }{}{}{. That would rock.

As for Smackdown. There are rumors going around that we will get a Randy Orton Vs Batista fued. Hopefully this does happen and Orton wins the title. And then he fueds with Christain. Now dats cool.

Glad to see that WWE is rewarding Shawn Michaels for his great work in carrying the Hogan fued for the last month by sticking him in a fued with the greenest and possibly the most untalented wrestler in the company, Chris Masters. I don't mind the old putting over the young (I think Carlito fueding with Flair is great), but Masters is nowhere near the league of someone who should be fueding with HBK. If HBK jobs out to the "Masterlock" (the weakest looking hold ever), I'm going to be pissed.

Well, Angle vs. Cena is something to look forward too. Angle is the most talented overall performer in the WWE today, IMO. I hope he's the man Cena will drop the title to, although I doubt it, because I think this is just a time filler fued until Triple H returns. Bleh.

I liked Angle better when he was dorky, that's my only beef with him. Otherwise I hope he wins the belt and I agree that Cena would be much better as a heel.

I'm starting to like Carlito.

So am I. Regardless, Cena and Batista are scum as wrestlers and I hope Triple H returns and kicks that thug's arse.

I'll take Cena or Batista over Triple H anyday. Sure, they might be below average in the ring and have a corny gimmick, but at least it's something fresh. We've seen Triple H in the main event non-stop since...what, 2002? How many times have we had to endure the repetitive promos where he says the same thing every time ("I am the greatest wrestler alive today", ect.) How many times have we seen him hog the spotlight from better talent like Jericho, Booker T, Kane, and Rob Van Dam? The longer Triple H is away, the happier I am.

Well, Smackdown! is moving to Friday nights...which essentially assures that Smackdown! will not be around on UPN after the 2005-2006 season. In an obvious attempt to boost ratings on friday nights, they've made a rematch of the Great American Bash main event, and the Summerslam match of Batista vs. JBL for the WHC.

I mean seriously, Randy Orton needs to be involved in the WHC picture. JBL and Batista can't be the only two jokers around with the belt. As for the belt changing hands, this is just the WWE teasing us. It won't. We'll have to pay $35 to see that.

THE IDEAL CHAMPS:

WWE Champion -> Chris Jericho/Triple H
World Heavyweight Champion -> Eddie Guerrero/Undertaker

Jericho and Angle should be the champs, but they are on the same show. So maybe Benoit.

Well heck, I damn HOPE Angle beats that thug. He sucks at wrestling, and you know that. And just like Y2J said, what he does it's not rap, it's crap.
