Ruby Weapons tentacle/hand things?
Born in a fallen eden--- its in the desert beneath Gold Saucer
raised on spite--- they want to kill you
helping those similar--- the other one, and Ruby itself
with actions, no words--- they dont talk
to answer the questions
1. getting something from this world is not the "born in a fallen eden" line
2. no, it just doesn't speak after "helping those similar"
and no it's not ruby's tentacles
I'm just going analyze.
Born in a fallen eden - Could mean a lot of things. We just know that the NPC was born assumably in a state or place which was once great, but "fallen" may refer to the fact that it's not what it used to be.
raised on spite - It's assumed that the NPC was raised in a life of seeing others suffer maliciously.
helping those similar - Perhaps the NPC lived a life of only trusting people that he was familiar with, or people that are like him in certain ways.
with actions, no words - Pretty self-explanitory. It doesn't necessarily mean that the NPC doesn't talk, but it means he helps those who are similar to him by acting. Therefore, words are insignificant in his or her case.
"Born in a fallen eden" has me stumped the most, because of its possible meanings.
BTW, I have no guess, I was just analyzing.
actually G spotz is pretty much there. 2 1/2 lines of his analysis are right. i'm not gonna tell you which ones tho :D
Is the actions and words line the one related to our world. Asin is it related to the player? Maybe the characters ingame help them out at one point, but the player controls it with actions, and we don't speak to them so is that a possibility?
Has anyone guesed Dio? If not, I will.
i keep thinking that the Fallen Eden represents the Centra and the ancients, they were great but now are non existant like, soz, no real guess here, just seeing if this will help anyone =)

to lenna: no the actions n words line isn't to do with this world. you don't control the actions and you do talk to them. i think i understood what you mean, tell me if i didn't.
abrojtm, sorry the answer's not Dio
and gullick, you're going in the wrong direction
hint: the fact that the last line says "NO words" and not "NOT words" is important
So that means they do speak but more actions than words.
i'm trying to figure how i can phrase this without making it too obvious. they ("they" being the answer from now on, but the answer is just one person) do speak but also jump to action to "help those similar", and as a result of which have no words. *hoping not to have made this too obvious*
post again if still confuzzled
I'm going to have to say Reeve.
Born in a fallen eden - may refer to the fact that he works for Shinra which is a successful industry, but "evil" (thus, fallen) in a sense.
Raised on spite - As an employee of Shinra, Reeve has gone through life seeing the evil of Shinra grow.
Helping those similar - "Similar" is an odd term for this, but let's just say Reeve is helping those who think like him. Reeve knows what Shinra has been doing is wrong, so he wants to help Cloud and Co. as they think the same way as him.
With actions, no words - Reeve controls Cait Sith, and in various cases, has Cait Sith do the dirty work. He betrays Shinra and acts to help Cloud and Co., instead of telling them where they can go and what they can do.
