In my mind, BoB is a wonderful fellow that goes around telling people (mostly girls) that he is the administrator of EoFF in hopes of getting them in bed for threesomes with smitten. He does this while wearing blue jeans and a blue t-shirt (maybe, I'm colorblind, so those are what those colors now are). He, of course, smells bad, but makes up for it because he is hung like a mutated horse.

He also has no nose for some reason. Probably stink-related though.
