This one is pretty easy, just to get things going again.
Hold on! You look tired, you should take a breather
Tell me, way out there, how's the weather?
*Hic*! Now you're not so tough...
I burn, but don't bother packing Crimson stuff
um its when u lulu takes u to that thunderplace where it rains and theres nothing but lighting right?
is it bikanel desert? u awake ther after apparently faling asleep after ur confrontation with sin (taking a breather) and the burn is referrgin to sunburn
Not Thunder Plains or Bikanel Island.
can we have a
Hint:
i dont see anything
Drag across the text to highlight it.
I'm going to guess Jecht, simply because he's the one major character with a drinking problem.
Is it Auron?
Does it have anything to do with the Jecht Spheres?
REPOST:

is it the jecht sphere which reveals that jecht injured a shoopuf at moonflow? he was drunk at the time, and i think the u look tired get some rest is a quote from the sphere
I think it's the Jecht Sphere scene in which Jecht gets hit by a bolt of lightning, and Auron makes some slightly derisive comments. It's filmed by Auron.
Hold on! You look tired, you should take a breather - Auron and Braska caution Jecht against trying to dodge a bolt.
Tell me, way out there, how's the weather? - Auron and Braska are under shelter, while Jecht is out in the very stormy open.
*Hic*! Now you're not so tough... - "Now there's a scene for posterity!"
I burn, but don't bother packing Crimson stuff - Auron and Braska burn with laughter, while Jecht burns with embarassment (Not to mention some nasty lightning marks)? Not so sure about the 'Crimson Stuff' bit...
You said the lines are significant, and they're are four lines. Unless you want to count the separations in the lines then there would be 10. I'm going to guess Jecht Spehere # 4 that Auron filmed of Jecht speaking to Tidus.
Damn. I am really bad at updating these. Thanks to dp for reminding me.
Nobody is right so far. HintRemember, Auron is the focal point of the riddle. And what do Jecht Spheres do to Auron?
I think it's his (Auron's) overdrives... the one way up there is the shooting star and the last the fire tornado and the *hic* is banishing blade where drinks from his sake jug...
And 'breather' refers to Dragon Fang's delay effect.
Correct! I'm surprised it managed to last that long. Your turn Timster.
Oki the new riddle... (it's been a while so don't judge me too hard...)
Great I am, and
one of a kind, but
don't get too carried away now!
heaven doesn't grant you
all that you seek.
no! for riches and power you have to work hard. By the way...
doesn't it remind you of seafood or shellfish????
Tricky... is it a Celestial Weapon?
Is that italicized text part of the riddle?
Anywayz, the word "seek" stands out to me for some reason. For that reason, I'm going to guess Seeker's armor.
I won't give any hints before there are more guesses... and it's not a 20 questions game it's a riddle...
although I guess I can say this; The answer to the riddle can be found in two ways... One VERY easy way and one that's harder... won't say more now... :p
Yes the italicized text is a part of the riddle.Quote:

I'm guessing Anima.
Nope but if you post reasoning I can help you out a bit :)
My reasoning:
Great I am, and
One of the stronger Aeons
one of a kind, but
Only one Anima in the game
don't get too carried away now!
heaven doesn't grant you
all that you seek.
no! for riches and power you have to work hard.
She is not easily obtained - you need to work (D.Spheres) to get her, so having loads of Gil (riches) and Strength (power) isn't enough.
By the way...
doesn't it remind you of seafood or shellfish????
Her head might remind you of a wolf-fish or barracuda.
hmm the reasoning isn't really correct at all... but you're approaching the last line correctly... the last line is kind of fuzzy but you're approaching it right

is it that aeon thats starts with a y i can't remember what his name is
is it the onion knight? it is the celestial weapon and therefore one of a kind, but it is not the best one. celestial is another word for heavenly and some of the other celestial weapons provide more riched and power (godhand, others have evade and counter). the shell fish maybe referring to geosgeno
ya thanks lol!!!
it's not yojimbo or the onion knight
although a hint would be not to take the italicized text too much into consideration... it isn't that important and alot more vague than the others...
and remember that i said that you could solve the riddle in two different ways? well all I can say is that everyone is trying the HARD way...
is it auron speaking or one of the preists
Is it Neslug, the Monster arena creation?
Great I am, and
one of a kind, but
don't get too carried away now! - Neslug is a powerful monster, and the only enemy of that model in FFX (while all the other monsters are based on enemy models encountered elsewhere in the game.).
heaven doesn't grant you
all that you seek.
no! for riches and power you have to work hard. - Possibly a reference to when he hides under his shell, and begins regenerating all the health you had knocked off him. You have to do quite a lot of damage to break the shell and begin killing him again.
By the way...
doesn't it remind you of seafood or shellfish???? - The things a slug with a shell, this one's pretty obvious if the rest of the riddle is correct.
not neslug or auron speaking or the priests...
this probably wrong but a cactaur maybe
ok, can't tink of any answers atm so just gonna try to translate each line and see if theyre correct
Great I am, and --> probably something large, or with a lot of power
one of a kind, but --> obviously it's unique. in gam,e terms this would probably mean it has it's own model
don't get too carried away now! --> probably telling you not to underestimate it, unless of course this is a punn? or if it is something you can possess then don't overestimate it.
heaven doesn't grant you --> would indicate that whatever it is has some association with heaven and divinity in some way. or possibly coming down from above
all that you seek. --> i kind of know what i want to say here but can't find the words :D like it would leave you unfulfilled, or there is something it is missing
no! for riches and power you have to work hard. --> if this line is to be translated literally then it is obvious what it means. working for riches makes me think of the mimics in omega dungeon, or the gillionaire ability.
By the way...
doesn't it remind you of seafood or shellfish???? --> again, this is obvious if it is meant to be translated literally
i'm gonna guess Godhand, just because it is a celestial weapon (heaven) and gives money (gillionaire) and power (it is a CW after all)
GOdhand the first letter of each line. I was wondering why he didnt seperate it simply by commas.
they both have a point but i'll go for...
(drum roll!)
sin.......
sorry for taking so long to check in but yes the answer is Godhand congrats to d£v!l'$ ph0£n!x
yes the first letter in each line spells Godhand... the easy solution which eiko guy figured out :) and the other lines...
G | reat I am, and a CW has alot of power
o | ne of a kind, but only exists ONE Godhand
d | on't get too carried away now! there are other CWs and you need to power them up
h | eaven doesn't grant you celestial weapon although needs activation, and also GODhand god -heaven
a | ll that you seek. you want the abilites
n | o! for riches and power you have to work hard. the gillionaire ability plus break damage and the other
abilities which require the sigil By the way...d | oesn't it remind you of seafood or shellfish???? I've always thought it looked alot like a crabclaw although this line was very vague i know...
but anyways d£v!l'$ ph0£n!x you're up! :)
aww I thought I would have it oh well riddle cracking time =]
w00t! now i control the ff7 ADN ffx riddles. coincidentally, the ff7 riddles seems to be a little down so why don't you all drop by and perk it up again! :D the riddle i've posted is quite easy.
http://forums.eyesonff.com/final-fan...ddles-262.html
ok now for the ffx riddle:
Should i stay or should i go
should i stay or should i go now
if i go then i will fall
so should i stay within these walls?
and let the master take my place
for sacrificing one of the same race
if its a who, AUron.
Just a wild guess... Rikku?
yu yevon
nope nope and nope. i'll drop a hint after a few more guesses. reasoning please.
mika
What about Yuna? The riddle might be about her doubts about continuing the pilgrimage. If she continues she will fall (die). The master (Yevon) sacrifices some of her own race (human/summoner).
none right so far, and no ones really close at all. i'll drop a hint.
(SPOILER)it's an event
a little vague i know. we'll see how it goes
final aeon summoning with braska jecht and auron? braska sacrifices jecht who im assuming is the same race as auron.
the wedding between Yuna and Seymour.
it's not braska's final summoning or the wedding. keep at it. if u post ur reasoning i can try to highlight what you're donig rigth and wrong ;)
Is it Seymour's mother leaving Guadosalam? She is not sure whether she should stay or go. Outside she will fall as she is alone and sick. The master will sacrifice... er, not sure about that one, to be honest. The Guado leader sacrifices his own son, Seymour?
nope. try not to think of master as someone who has control over you, but who is teaching you something.
Lulu deciding whether she will join Yuna on her pilgrimage? Should she stay within the walls of her hut in Besaid or join? The sacrifice might reflect on the previous pilgrimage she joined, where the summoner died?
Jecht sacrificing himself to become the Fayth to Braska's Final Aeon.
Should i stay or should i go
should i stay or should i go now
Self-explanatory
if i go then i will fall
Lose his corporeal form, effectively dying
so should i stay within these walls?
Sin
and let the master take my place
Auron, who's been helping Jecht learn about Spira, taking his place as Tidus' foster father of sorts
for sacrificing one of the same race
Again, self-explanatory
none yet, i could drop another hint, hope this doesn't give it away too much
(SPOILER)it's an event that you, the player, has control over
Is it when the player has to decide whether to let Luzzu or Gatta get killed off?Quote:
Should i stay or should i go
should i stay or should i go now
if i go then i will fall
so should i stay within these walls?
and let the master take my place
for sacrificing one of the same race
I think a winner is Shiny...
and we have a winner! i'll give you the full explanation:
Should i stay or should i go
should i stay or should i go now --> you have to decide whether to tell gatta to stay at his post or go to the front line. you have to tell him twice which i why the line is written twice
if i go then i will fall --> if u tell him to go to the front line, gatta dies
so should i stay within these walls?
and let the master take my place --> if he stays at the base then he lives and luzzu dies
for sacrificing one of the same race --> luzzu convinced chappu to join the crusaders and effectively killed him
ur turn shiny
As the saying goes
What goes around comes around
To all that I choose to dispose
But don’t be fooled for I’m not my predecessor
Me, I’m more of a rector
:mog:
Perhaps a bit obvious to be the answer, but is it Master Tonberry?
As the saying goes
What goes around comes around
To all that I choose to dispose - A reference to the Karma attack, the damage of which is based on how many enemies the targeted character has previously defeated.
But don’t be fooled for I’m not my predecessor - It's predecessor is the Tonberry, which is lot weaker.
Me, I’m more of a rector - This would make a lot of sense if we remove a large portion of the religious connotation from the word "Rector", leaving it just to mean 'Master', 'Leader' or anything of that like.
That is correct! :jess:
Hopefully this should last for a little while, I've been a little bit flexible with the grammer for the sake of it fitting, but not so as to alter the meaning.
Quiescence, abounding amongst the equable
as Heretofore, aural convention begets aura
humid, crisp, and thin all share The like
seek synonyms to calm the Tumult
Pyreflies?
Not Pyreflies, sorry.
I've made a small edit, changing the word 'Tempest' to 'Tumult'.
Reasoning Please!
*searches google for definitions of pretty much every word in the riddle!* :D
i'm gonna guess that this is quite a way in answering the riddle so i'm gonna hide the definitions. use them if u want.
(SPOILER)
quiescence - a state of quiet inactivity
heretofore - "sa far", but used in a negative sense. e.g. "so far, he hasn't called"
tumult - a state of commotion
i'll attempt to re-write this into english :D it may be a little wrong though so bare with me
calm, moving around equals
so far, the tradition of aura makes a new aura
damp, crisp, and thin are shared properties
look for 2 words with similar meanings to calm the commotion
even with this i still have no idea. can i ask, is there a reason why there are captial letters dotted around? cos if there is then we have:
Q, A, H, H, T, S, T
I've made some very small changes to the riddle, I'm sure if you look close devil, you'll see what they are.
An almost fair summary, but you're not using my intended meaning for some of the words I've used.
I'll tell you one at a time as hints if you like...for example my use of "heretofore" is not in a negative sense, just a purely chronological one.
i dont understand that one....heres one i made up i think its okay
i am a bird but look like a worm
i guard only one thing
i have no elemental weakness
i come close to you but you but you just drift away
what am i
*note* It dose not rhyme becuase im hime time sime...im not really good with the rhymeing thing no not really no
is the answer evrae? it flies like a byrd but is long and thin and guards bevelle. the rest is obvious.
btw, welcome to EoFF!!! there are some ground rules in this thread though :D only one riddle is present at any time and if u want to post a riddle u must answer the current riddle correctly ;)
opps sorry and yes it is evrae. and thankyou

anyway you didn't answer my earlier question :D do the capital letters serve a purpose?
The capital letters are a hint, but probably won't be useful at this stage.:D
Also, your meaning of the word 'equable' isn't quite right. There's also another part you're not interpreting quite right, but I'll save that for another hint:cool:
there were a couple of definitions but i think this is the only one that makes sense. i think the bit i'm getting wrong is the convention, and is supposed to be taken in the sense of, for example, a sci-fi convention
(SPOILER)
calm, moving around those not easily irritated

The Fayth?Quote:

They're pretty dormant and at rest (quiescence), they're placed strategically around Spira for summoners (abounding amongst the equable), aural convention is a distinguishing feature (they all sing the Hymn of the Fayth), summoners seek them and their counterparts (synonyms) to 'calm the Tumult' (i.e. kill Sin)
Eh? EH? =]
Not the fayth, sorry.
I was thinking it was Funguar, though I'm not particularly sure why. A hint is necessary.
Not Funguar, sorry.
Your meaning of the word 'convention' is right, I am using the 'tradition' sense of the word.
You'll notice that the second line says "aural convention begets aura", it doesn't say 'aura' twice.
ooooh . . . oops! my bad :D

calm, moving around those not easily irritated
so far, the tradition of sound makes a new aura
damp, crisp, and thin are shared properties

i've realised ive been trying to break it down without actually looking for an answer :D the first couple of lines makes me think of the yevonites. they appear very peaceful and their teaching are passed on by qord of mouth. not sure how the rest fits it though!?
since it has been 8 days I would expect a hint is in order?
yunalesca???lol off the wall answer
Riddles make me cry.
Hint: The Capital letters relate to the name of the answer. And their order is important.
the capitals left after enjo's little changes leave Q, H, T, T.
for the life of me i can't think of a group of characters with those initials or something like that, so perhaps it's a line spoken by someone begining with those letters?
btw, would telling us what we're looking for (i.e. person, place, object) give too much away?
Sorry, I think I was a bit unclear in my last hint.
The capitals letters aren't important in themselves, they just indicate words which can help give the answer.
Haha sorry phoenix, telling you what sort of thing it is at this stage would be giving a bit too much away.
Would the Q & H refer to the Qactuar Hunt?
Not sure what the 2 T's would stand for.
Nothing to do with the Quactuar Hunt, sorry.
As I said, the capitals are there just to indicate words which can help you find the answer, the letters Q, H, T and T aren't on themselves important.
So the capitalized words say:
Quiescence Heretofore The Tumult
Which sounds like a fancy way of saying calm before the storm.
We have a winner!
Well done BG-57, the answer I'm looking for is indeed "Calm Before The Storm."
I'll try and explain the reasoning.
Quiescence, abounding amongst the equable - The music plays in Kilika wood, Macalania forest and the Gagazet caves, all areas of peace and tranquility, so I used this line to allude to this (I used 'Equable' to mean Calm and Unchanging).
as Heretofore, aural convention begets aura - As before, the music sets the mood of the game.
humid, crisp, and thin all share The like - This is another allusion to the areas in which the song plays, using descriptions of the air, Kilika having humid air, the cold Macalania forest having crisp air, and the high altitude Gagazet caves having thin, montainous air.
seek synonyms to calm the Tumult - This line was purely to tell you to find synonyms for the capitalized words.
I'm thinking the capitals were a mistake, I intended them to be a clue once the rest had been figured, but they were focused on a lot more than I expected. Maybe the riddle would have been harder without them:cool:
I'm right? :p
Oh well, here goes:
Not quite done yet
Illuminated in kind
In the labyrinth
Illuminates others
Omega Dungeons? It's somewhat of a labyrinth. lol just a guess
Good guess, but it's not a place.
is it the glyph in via prufico that, when activated, activates another glyph around the centre of the maze? (the via purifico with yuna)
Not quite done yet --> it's hidden in a pile of rubble
Illuminated in kind --> when u activate it it lights up
In the labyrinth --> via purifico
Illuminates others --> activates the other glyph, which also lights up
It's not a glyph, but glowing is involved.
something to do with the djose trials? having to illuminate the symbol on the floor takes a lot of moves. maybe the "illuminates others" refers to lighting the recesses in turn lights the symbol
It's not related to the trials in the Djose Temple.
Hint maybe? You are way to good at these BG. lol but in a good way :D
I was going to say Thunder Plains but....Ok I say Thunder Plains.
Thanks.
It's not Thunder Plains or any place.
HintThink of a word similar in meaning to Labyrinth.
Hm, the words that I can think of that are similar to a labyrinth is like a twisting road or maze. In a more general sense, something twisted or intricate.
Tortuous meaning crooked or twisted.Quote:

The blue butterflies in macalania woods. You have to follow the trail of them if i remember, its been years since i played the game though.
It's not the butterflies in Macalania.
Spheres and the sphere grid?
Is it, along with the process of getting, Al Bhed Primer XXVI?
Not quite done yet - It'd be reasonable to suppose this the last Al Bhed Primer you're supposed to get, so you would be not quite done collecting them before you get this one.
Illuminated in kind Collecting these "Illuminates" the letters of Al Bhed speech.
In the labyrinth No.26 is in the Omega Ruins, certainly a maze-like place.
Illuminates others This could either refer to the collecting of this Illuminating the last letter, or could be a reference to Rin's pleasant surprise at your having mastered the Al Bhed language.
Nothing to do with the Sphere Grid or Spheres, or Al Bhed Primers.
Illumination is quite literal.
is it getting the air ship at the start of the game when you turn on the lights
Nope.
Everytime I check this forum it's BG-57 who has a riddle up
and I can NEVER guess...
hmm
Does it have anything to do with those fiends that attack at the start in Zanarkand? idk?
Heh. :D
It's not the Sinspawn but it is a Fiend.
is it the final seymour confontation? i think it's seymour nautus. He has a variety of lights behind him which indicate his elements and he's inside sin, which is a lot like a maze!
Nope, it's not a boss.
elementals?
Not Elementals.
would it be a mimic?
It's not a Mimic.
Is it one of those parts where you fight a series of fiends, where each fight lets you progress a bit, like when you fight a series of machina in Luca, or the Sahaguins, in same? Or...is it the Cactuar Village sidequest? You have to fight each in turn, in the Labyrinth of the desert.
It's none of the above.
And one guess at a time from now on, if you please.
Maze Larva?
Not quite done yet- Larva is an unfinished form of an insect
Illuminated in kind- They do glow
In the labyrinth (Maze)- Via Purifico
Illuminates others- I dunno
You got it!
And they glow so much they could reflect off other objects (illuminates others).
Your turn, Sain Cai. :)
Someone may take my turn, I have to work 12 hour overnight shifts, and rarely come on.
I rather solve anyways :)
belkor, would you like to try a riddle?
Oh, thanks! I wasn't expecting to be asked...so I apologize if it's bad.
my first allows, that only three
may have my evil company
Designed by one, introduced by four
The object here, is to stay alive
Good luck
lol i dunno Seymour
hmmmmmm thats a hard one
Is it the part of the game when the characters traverse the Via Purifico?
No, and no.
The three may refer to a water level where only three party members can go since only Wakka, Tidus and Rikku can swim.
Is it the underwater boss at Baaj Temple?
Geosgaeno
The 3 does refer to three party members being present in battle. But it's not a boss.
Via Purifico????
Not a place either.
the battle wen u first arrive on bikanel island, a zuu i think it is??its tidus, auron n lulu???
Midgar sector 7
EDIT: wait
*applauds Old Manus* Congratulations, you got it right! EDIT: not And no, the others aren't right either.
Is it when Seymour joins the party in Operation Mi'ihen?
No. You are all on the wrong track by looking at events.
REPOST:

the "only 3" bit makes me think of an underwater fight, and "evil" make me think undead. is it evrae altana?
Well, firstly, it is NOT an underwater battle. Secondly, it is NOT A battle at all. "only three" is correct only for any given moment.
The Monster Arena?
Is it an Aeon?
I think a hint may be in order.
i second that notion
Well, ok, let me surmise. my first allows, that only three may have my evil company Designed by one, introduced by four The object here, is to stay alive It's not an event, such as an encounter, cutscene, or single occurence. It's not A fight, A boss, a character, location, item or anything like that. It does refer to the three characters which are present during fights. Most importantly, it's always there! You can barely go any time in FFX without being reminded of it! I didn't expect this to take so long...sorry :p
Im thinking something along the lines of Yu Yevon or the Al Bhed and the machina. Not sure, maybe that can help someone.
It's not correct.
random fiend encounter?
Battling the soldiers on the temple steps at Seymour and Yunas forced wedding?:mog:
the CTB battle gauge? :D
d£v!l'$ ph0£n!x is correct! You're up.
lol! yay for stupid random guesses! :D also, congrats on spelling my name right ;)
when the journey truly starts

i will bless the newbie
with a cold hand
Tidus Brotherhood sword?
Wait... Shiva?
(Brotherhood was my first guess...)
neither of those, but tabris was closer
Hm... some Icestrike weapon of Rikku?
half right, keep at it ;)
Darn, I can't seem to find what's the right part, and what's the wrong one.
Dues Ex Machina?
Tidus' Crystal Sword?:mog:
I will say Icebrand
when the journey truly starts: Mi'ihen highroad
after a ranked distraction: Blitz Tourney
i will bless the newbie: Whiney, I mean Tidus
with a cold hand: Ice Brand has Icestrike
Again if I am correct, someone may take my place, I nominate Tabris
sain cai has it! and his reasoning is pretty much spot on. the "newbie" bit was supposed to refer to wakka calling tidus newbie in kilika.
ur up!
Does this mean I get a go? *grins*
I would say so, since my reasoning was derived from your previous answers.
Yay!
Ok, then...
Hidden behind the wilderness
Yet warm and well-known
The one that I shelter
can help you where the white roams
(Probably very easy yet again... )
Is it Kilika Temple?
Hidden behind the wilderness - The temple is 'behind' Kilika forest, a wild enough place.
Yet warm and well-known - I'd say the temple of fire would be pretty warm. And being an active temple of Yevon, pretty well known also.
The one that I shelter
can help you where the white roams - I'm guessing 'The White' refers to enemies of the Ice element, against which Ifrit could certainly help you.
Every line interpreted just correctly, and thus so was the answer.
Next time I'll be wrecking my brain to find a REAL difficult one!
Good one, Tabris. Here goes my attempt...
LaVeyan name infernal
Artificer of such assailment
Insignia made, of
Antithesis of cosmos
Bahamut?
LaVey was the father of modern Satanism, and I believe Bahamut is a demon?
Not Bahamut.
Ifrit, then?
Im torn here. The insignia is throwing me otherwise I'd be rooting for Sin. I' gonna guess at Sin. I really like this one it's really got me thinking. Nice riddle Enjolras :mog:
Thanks:cool:
It's not Sin, and it's not an Aeon.
Yu Yevon?
Cosmos makes me think of the legendary weapons, or the stones used to power em. Infernal means demon, and in some culture(Don't remember which) there was a demon named Nirvana, or something really close to it, so I'ma say Nirvana.
Not Yu Yevon, or Nirvana, but thanks for giving some reasoning.
It's not a Celestial Weapon.
Oooh, oooh, Ultima or Omega weapon?
LaVeyan name infernal-they're both demon like
Artificer of such assailment-they cause destruction
Insignia made, of -they are signs of death
Antithesis of cosmos-they know no love
Unless I interperated it wrong, don't know the definitions of a couple words, too lazy to look em up, but meh, what'm I gonna do?
Didnt Varuna use a special attack called Insignia of something or another?
I will say Varuna.
Neither Ultima or Omega Weapon, or Varuna, but Sain Cai is on the right track.
Ahryman? One of those flying eyes-fiends? They have a demon-like name (if that's what you're getting at with the first line).
Er... not sure how the rest of the riddle would fit, though.
I'm fresh outa ideas, unless it's Malboro or Great Malboro, cause of assailment, since they cause all the status effects in the book on you but death and stone.
I cant think of its name, but maybe the guardian near Zanarkand, I think it uses a Cosmos or Insignia named attack.
Spectral Keeper?
Not Ahriman, Marlboro, Great Marlboro, Sanctuary Keeper or Spectral Keeper.
Nidhogg? It's named after the serpent chewing up the tree of life, Yggdrasil.
Not Nidhogg.
Although it isn't exactly well constructed grammatically, the 2nd, 3rd and 4th lines are meant to flow into one sentence (sort of), while the first is stand alone.
damn you enjo ur killing my greatest thread! :D
REPOST: with literal translations
LaVeyan name infernal - satanistic name with reference to hell
Artificer of such assailment - craftsman of such attacks
Insignia made, of - a crest made of . . .
Antithesis of cosmos - opposite of the universe
according to you last post it should read like so:
LaVeyan name infernal
Artificer of such assailment Insignia made, of Antithesis of cosmos
is it "door to tomorrow"?
Not Door to Tomorrow.
HINT: Put a colon (:) between 'assailment' and 'Insignia'.
LaVeyan name infernal
Artificer of such assailment: Insignia made, of Antithesis of cosmos
so it's something that performs an attack which forms and insignia? presumably in the animation of the attack.
was the rest of my interpretation right?
I'm gonna guess that Wraith monster that you can fight in the cavern of the stolen fayth.
LaVeyan name infernal-That's a demon, right? well, a wraith is another word for a ghost which belongs in the same family as a demon.
Artificer of such assailment-It casts doom on you, dirty little bugger...
Insignia made, of -When he casts doom, The Grim Reaper/Death makes an insignia on the top of the characters head
Antithesis of cosmos-opposite of universe. So, i guess death takes you outta the universe cos you die? I'm not sure about that line.
So yeah, my guess is Wraith.
Not the Wraith, and phoenix, you are very much on the right track.
yay for logical thinking! :D
ooh! could it be demonolith?
Not Demonolith.
I'm afraid I have to go away for a week, so i'll have to postpone this riddle, sorry. Someone can put up a new one and when (if) I solve another one, I'll repost this one.
Thanks!
