What item casts Barrier on all allies?

gah! i remember something like Lunar Curtain casts MBarrier on all allies, but i forgot this one....

nope, not Lunar Curtain... I think that was FF8.... not 100% sure though

Lunar curtain is on ff7 and it does cast Mbarrier or shell to other final fantasy games. The item that casts protect on all allies is a something curtain, and I'm pretty sure it's star curtain.

Nothing, after he gets put in jail for trying to stop Scarlet and Heidegger (or however you spell his name). Before that? I never really payed attention. Urban Development?

close, but at the beginning of the game (guess i could have included that), what was his Official Title? (like, Domingo was Mayor of Midgar)

the first guess was close, he does work in that department, but at one point he names his title (talking to Pres. Shin-ra hint hint)

what is it?
