Does the Gust Slash special effect activate when you use masters scroll?
You sure can deal a lot of damage in Final Fantasy VI.

Yes, the wind effect does activate with the Master's Scroll. I have Cyan rocking it right now.
With a little luck, it's easily the best attack in the game.
Interesting. Ill have to try that. Right now I got Sabin using the m scroll. This is what I wanted to do with Celes but blah on that idea. If this works then, DAMN! Cyan will be in my main pt set up indefinately.
You can also get more Master's Scrolls in the Soul Shrine, so eventually you'll be able to put them on whoever you want, until then Cyan is definitely your best choice, provided you picked up both Kazekiris. If not, you can fight Number 128 and steal Kazekiris from him in the Soul Shrine as well. Wheee.
You'd have to maximize Esper level bonuses with Cyan to do a lot of damage with the Kazekiri battle effect, right?
