YES!!!!...Climhazard when it was used (in the fight with Loz Yazoo and Kadaja in ancient city against the rolling ground that Loz used as Yazoo jumped up before then Cloud use Climhazzard)...was blue like fire...yellow in omnislash and is used when they are in trouble... or really need it so they yearn to use it...your turn...(I didn't know it was that hard...seems to make sence to me. oh, and about that lat line...
