The ram looks good. (Corsair is only one of the best brands :)) You should probably just replace what you have in your machine currently, don't reuse it as it will hinder your ability to dual channel and it may slow you down.
As for the video cards...I couldn't see a difference after a quick glance.

The difference between the two cards is that the Palit is AGP and the other is PCI-e, so you're going to want to go with the former. :p
Also, the AGP doesn't seem to have a TV out, whereas the PCI-e does.
The RAM is good, just be prepared to pay a lot for Corsair. :p

Well, no one seems to sell anything other than Corsair. Otherwise I'd rather just get a cheaper brand.
The TV out thing isn't a problem, though I hope it has DVI out as my new monitor (though having analog in) runs best in digital. I notice AGP is a lot more expensive than the PCI-e.
