No. Why? Because Uwe Boll would be first in line to direct it, and that would be the end of the world as we know it.
If they casted a bunch of no name actors instead of big stars, and made a story that was both interesting and understandable, It could probably be alright. Also use characters from the games instead of something that isn't really final fantasy.
