You get it after completing the white mouse hunt.

Anyone have a definative list of who needs to talk to who to get the sandlewood chop in archades??

Griffens don't look like Chicken either. But we appear to be digressing. They are the graphics Depts lazy variations of Cockatrices. Instead of starting a new monster they get a cockatrice & shove it's head in a whores purse.
