I change mine as per WHIMSY. Like I leave it for aaaages and then one fine (or maybe not so fine?) day I'll ups and change it. All the random words have a hidden symbolic meaning though. ;-)
The only thing that has not changed since my registration is my location
I'm changing mine in the next 3 months 24 days...

I change my profile picture, title, location, sig, and avatar from time to time. The rest I pretty much leave the way it is.
Whenever I feel like it.
Sometimes I change mine, but I really don't care about it so...
I just changed mine a bit recently, but I do this really rarely. Maybe once every 6 months. Obviously I change my avatar, sig and custom title more often, but I don't think that counts here.
