Based on the rounds I'd say you only need to have finished Disc 1 to be able to contribute with something for all of them.

Everyone is working in MS Paint. Most of the entries are going to look like crap, which is part of the fun.

Can I still join this thing? It has been a while since I took part in any sort of extravaganza. The last one was the Equestrian Space Disco, and I had to pull out of that early because the flickering lights gave my horse seizures. :(
P.S. I promise not to suck as much as I did in the FFX competition.
