If you like long hair then you should grow it out! Just....make sure you keep some bangs that are medium-long to short and have plenty of layers or you'll look like a hippie! Also, on hot days and days where you can't do much with your hair, you can just tie it back or braid it.
Besides, everyone knows that men w/ pony-tails are hot!!!:love:
I have one word for you:
Mohawk.
The girls I know generally give me hell for cutting my hair. I learned that last year when I got my hair cut short right before prom. I later learned that my prom date is probably the person most vehement about keeping my hair long. She's currently refusing to go anywhere with me if I cut my hair.
Apparently the reaction seems much the same here. I clearly must weigh the options...
