omg the bestest!
When I had the opportunity to do trampoline in Year 10, I was too nervous about hurting myself and others because I was uhh... rather heavy.
Now I feel confident enough to use a trampoline without breaking it... I'm too old... :cry:
Anyone else think bouncey castles are dangerous....let me elaborate...when i was about 10 or so i done a forward flip on one and due to the bumpy surface i ended up landing in the gap and my feet landed on the raised surface and kneed myself in the face...lol...t'was rather painful...and i dont think since then i went on one...
I love trampolining. Tis great funs. :)
Unfortunately, the best I can do is a forward somersault, and it isn't safe to do those if there aren't people with you, so I haven't somersaulted in months.
I practically grew up on my family's trampoline. Me and my friends would flee to it for shelter from the EVIL ROOSTERs, hold little olympics, perform DBZ moves, and just lay and talk on it.
The most time-honored trampoline game was either called Trip the Dip or Chip the Dip. I can't remember which one. But you have one person be the dip and they roll around flat on the trampoline while everyone else cowers on Base (which was a swingset conveniently placed next to the trampoline) and when they got off base, the dip would try and catch them.
This game has been revitalized as "Carpet Worm" for indoor use. The carpet worm rolls around on a carpet and if they catch someone, then that person is the new carpet worm.
I prefer a bounce house, especially a public one filled with children.
I LIKE TEH BOUNCEY!!
I once met a guy who had never been on a trampoline anymore so we had to teach him. He stood awkwardly for a moment, attempted to jump, fell, and then got off.
Also, my friend had one when we were kids that we used to have sleepovers on. Sleeping outside on a giant trampolene is the bestest.
It put me in the hospital :mad2:
I love them! I can't have one, though, as my garden is on a huge bloody slant :{
I used to go on my friends' ones though.
I never trampolined...:whimper:
I've trampolined and loved it.
What people need to do to make their trampolines safe is to dig a hole the size, shape, and depth of the trampoline to mount it in so that falling off does not result in a six foot drop or being broken over the edge of the support ring.
