Where I graduated high school they have sister cities in Scandinavia. Chisago city, Lindstrom, Center City, Shafer, etc. I cannot be arced to get their sister cities name - they are Scandinavian and I do not dot Os.
My current town has none, but the two town I lived in before this each had one in Japan.
