I thought this was going to be about banging your head against things in frustration, which I was going to respond to by telling how when I was younger, I'd supposedly constantly bang me head against the wall and floor whenever things didn't go my way. xD
I don't bang my head to music, generally.

I always do it to Dance music. It's impossible not to when you have Yoji Biomehanika banging out of your speakers.

I don't often bang my head whilst listening to music, though I will sometimes rock my head or do sudden jerks throughout my body that are supposed to be a groove - but appear more similar to a sudden seizure.

I only do it if I'm alone and only to crazy hyper-techno. Or Declare Independece from Bjork. That song makes me writhe all over the place.
