Day of Defeat. I was playing as Axis with the Kar 98, and was running up to a choke point the Allied soldiers had to come through. I tossed a grenade at my feet, then picked it up, ran around the corner and threw it at the ground where I knew the Allies would be if there were any coming. To my surprise, about seven or more were coming at once, so as soon as the grenade was out of my hand I hit the fire button to get off at least one shot while I could. I killed two people with that one bullet and then was killed myself, but no one saw the grenade I threw so I took out another four guys. Even the other team was congratulating me.
I played Final Fantasy XI for over four years and only reached level 60. I'd say that's either a testament to me having a life (not bloody likely) or my sheer inability to focus on one thing.
It's an accomplishment. Not a good one, though.
Mmmmmm... Maybe beat Megaman X3 without any armor of boss weapon... mmmm... also beating Castlevania SotN in less than 6 hours, with EVERY item in the game, 200.6% of map completion, and beat Galamoth and Dracula with the Alucart equipment, in the same try.

I dont bother making games deliberately hard on myself, I like to play a game how it is meant to be played. So my biggest accomplishments are probably just from beating old shmups like Gradius III or other weird TurboGrafx-16 games like Super Star Soldier and Aero Blasters.
