I used to be one of those that skipped breakfast on work days but had it on my days off. Now I have it everyday and I feel it helps me be energetic! It started off as me just wanting a dose of milktea in the morning but since I have to eat before it (or my stomach gets mad), I ended up having breakfast, too.
What I do have varies. Sometimes a boiled egg, others cereal, sandwiches (turkey and cheese or some chocolate spread), cheese and crackers, olive (or cheese, or sausage) pasteries, croissant (often cheese but sometimes plain, too), potato dumplings or a donut. If I really didn't have time to eat at home, I would just grab a kellog's softebake bar (either apple or strawberry) and eat that on the way to class (carrying my milktea in the other hand, of course).
