Super Smash Bros. Melee
Counter-strike 1.6 and Source

CS:S, DoD:S and TF2.
Smash Bro's Melee, Gauntlet is always good fun, Soul Caliber and Tekkan, Mario Kart 64 (Still my favorite one so far) and thats about all I have so far.
Soul Calibur III (my friends and I have characters based on ourselves, it's really rather lame/awesome) and Worms World Party are the life of any party involving games around here.
Age of empires 2 is good online.
I almost Forgot Conkers Bad Furday (Not the XBox remake, that multiplayer was horrid).
Worms Armageddon followed by Toejam and Earl and Micro Machines :D
Donkey Konga was epic, I always used to win. I don't play multiplayers much anymore, but when I was little(er) I used to adore Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles, Super Smash Bros, Conkers Bad Fur Day and Mario Kart.
I remember my older brother laughing when I beat him and all of his friends at super smash bros. I was like 9, they were all so embarrased xD
Command & Conquer: RA2 & Generals (&ZH) most of all of the series.
Playing FFIX right now with someone, it's fun because I can just make someone else do the dungeon crawling instead of me!
Everyone loves the Wii sports
I guess AoEII, Goldeneye, Smash Bros. & Melee, Mariokart, Counter-Strike...

At the moment CounterStrike: Source, Team Fortress 2 (most hectic game I've ever played), every now and again Metroid Prime: Hunters and thats about it.
I used to play all the great N64 multiplayer games, still do when I gather with friends. Conker, Mariokart, Diddy Kong racing, Mario Party's, Goldeneye, Episode 1 racer and the game I'm absolutely UNBEATABLE at, Super Smash Bros. Oh and I used to be like 30 something in the world at AoM.
Original or bust.
Personally I think BFD's multiplayer is one of the most under appreciated things ever (probably having to do with the game's release late in the life cycle of the 64). Seriously, that stuff was legit.
