My favourite usually seem to be the non-disney worlds. In KH1 either Destiny Islands and Traverse Town they're both beautiful and the whole atmosphere and music are harmonious. As for the KH2 i think Twilight town is the best and Pride Lands.

Destiny Island, Traverse Town and Twilight Town are my absolute favorites.
In Kingdom Hearts 1 I liked Hallow Bastion, but not so much in KH2 ><

the world that never was for number two and hollow bastion/neverland for number 1

For KHI, I'll have to say that Neverland and The End of the World was my favourites, as they were an actual challenge for me to get through.
As for KHII, I would have to say that my favourites weren't actually the worlds, but the pathways to the worlds themselves. But if that doesn't count, then the Land of Dragons impressed me the most. :D

My favorite world was The World That Never Was in Kingdom Hearts II. My least favorite world was Deep Jungle in Kingdom Hearts.

Traverse Town is my absolute favorite, and it was a shame it wasn't in Kingdom Hearts 2 (although I guess Hollow Bastion / Radient Gardens was a reasonable substitute). I just loved the nice darkness of it and the music.
I liked Hollow Bastion in Kingdom Hearts I, 'cause the plot was really intense and I thought the Wyverns outside looked cool.

Hollow Bastion; I prefer it in the original game than the sequel, but it was fantastic in both. Also a big fan of The World That Never Was and Land of Dragons. Agrabah was pretty good for the Cave of Wonders, though it felt somewhat empty in the second game. Also liked Twilight Town.
Least favourite? Probably Wonderland, Deep Jungle or Monstro.
