Twilight Princess's World Map would be a pretty cool world to live in, just for Lake Hylia. Other than that, Chrono Trigger's world in either 600 A.D. or 1000 A.D. would be pretty cool.
Spira, without a doubt. I would love to live in Spira!
Vana'diel. Just for Xarcabard.
Rolanberry Fields...
Just a lovely peaceful place.
With absolutely beautiful music.
Spira or Guild Wars land. Or maybe SD3 land. Or Grandia land. But only those 2 because I lurve the games. Actually, Spyro's worlds feat all the portals and schtuff was super fabby. I think I fell in love with the 3rd and 5th worlds.

got some landscapes and schtuff. LOOK, IT'S FABBY. NAO.
It's more of a town than it is a world, but Silent Hill. Granted, it's no place I would want to live. But the amount of detail they put into the town history, and how realistic the city maps are of everything down to alleys -- I find it nothing short of amazing.
Ivalice from FFXII, FFVI, FFVII & FFVIII's world's, the Devil May Cry universe, the Metal Gear Solid universe & just for a laugh Ratchet & Clank's universe.
Probably either Twilight Princess's Hyrule or Tamriel from TES IV: Oblivion.
I don't think it's beautiful or even impressive (actually, it's dangerous), but I want to visit Bowser's castle. =O
Erion (Odin Sphere) is the first place I thought of when I read this thread, though.
Lea Monde from Vagrant Story...such an excellently designed place!
The FF games also have nice worlds, particulary FF9/10/12. [Well, 12 is set in the same world...Ivalice...as Vagrant Story!]
There's a few places.
Kattelox Island (Megaman Legends)
While not exactly beautiful, it is a great place to have adventures.
FFIX's world
Self-explanatory, really. Who wouldn't wanna live there? :p
And I'd pick both Breath of Fire III's and Breath of Fire IV's worlds. Actually, any of them except Dragon Quarter. Living underground=massive fail.
Raccoon City.
Probably the most elaborate and far-fetched city layout the world has ever seen. City hall being opened with gems: how awesome is that? I bet you're town can't do that.
