It's because they use a special kind of fat. I work as a volunteer at the local cinema, and the fat we use there is called "kokosfedt" (coconut fat - I don't know if it does have anything to do with coconuts, though).

Butter and sour cream + onion sprinkling flavour.

Oh dear, how I loathe popcorn. Particularly that ghastly microwavable variety.
