I think any chance of FF XIII being too big has gone out the window at this point.
I heard Lost Odyssey was only so big because there was a lot of movies
At this level of graphics, I'd have to question the necessity of CG movies when you can get the same thing with comparable quality out of the in-game engine anymore
And these days I'd kind of prefer it that way. CG cut scenes sort of pull you out of the game. In-game scenes keep with the flow and feel and blend everything naturally. And I've always preferred them no matter how limiting the hardware
Simple text conversations in FFVI had more lasting appeal than any of the flashy CG scenes they pasted in there on the PS1 release
I'm hoping to be able to play Final Fantasy XIII for atleast 150 hours to get a 100% completion rate. I'm ready for committment to this game! :choc2:!!!
