Kelly Clarkson edit: And Lily Allen.
Im proud of my messed up tastes.
however, my friends would say that i should be embaressed of:
Elton John, The Hollies, Kate Nash, Lindisfarne, Peters & Lee, T. Rex and the Wicked cast recording
*opens up iTunes to have a look*
Oh, dear, I have a few Bon Jovi songs, plus the Dirty Dancing soundtrack (which you really wouldn't expect from me, but my friend had it on last time I went to visit, and I had recently watched the movie, so I downloaded it...) Plus Britney Spears, :eep: that Waiting for a Star To Fall song, Phil Collins (his old stuff is pretty good! :p), Rick Astley, t.A.T.u, and Real Emotion from FFX-2.
If the guy from the office I have a crush on ever heard half the :skull::skull::skull::skull: that's on my iPod, I wouldn't have a chance! :(
There's nothing wrong with Bon Jovi.
I think Tim and Eric's album is a guilty pleasure in itself, but it's SOOO worth it.
I think Alicia Keys is in my library somewhere too....>>
Everything on my iPod is a guilty pleasure if a girl is asking to see my iPod.
I don't have an iPod. :monster:
but, my music taste is really varied. I like pretty much a bit of everything, so I'm not really embarrassed about any of it, because there is always going to be something I like that somebody else doesn't, unless they happen to have a really mixed taste in music too. :jess:
Britney Spears - Piece of Me & Gimme More
Rednex - Cotton Eye Joe
(actually on my phone which is an MP3 player)
Way back when, certain hair bands/pop metal bands from the 80s were my guilty pleasures (especially Def Leppard); hell, even Bon Jovi's entire "Slippery When Wet" album was among my guilty pleasures, but I lost interest in them as soon as I started listening to Maiden and Priest (two bands that I am NOT ashamed to admit that I like, even to this day). Most of my 80s metal tastes include Maiden, Priest, a bit of Grim Reaper, Motorhead (even though Lemmy claims that Motorhead is rock n roll and not metal), and some of the more aggressive stuff (such as Venom, pretty much every 80s thrash band, and early death metal such as Possessed and Death), and those bands, like most bands I listen to, I am NOT ashamed to admit that I like.
Nowadays, my guilty pleasures include certain songs from Lacuna Coil.
O rite and Tim and Eric.
Anyways, I used to have Nelly Furtado unlisted on my mp3 player but now I don't give aabout it. Also Sir elton john of course. I listen to a lot of
ty female artists. For some reason I can listen to them a lot easier than I can listen to
ty rock or metal.
Pokemon Theme Song. 8) I think it's fun to listen to :D.
I have loads in my Ipod, I just stick in every album/song I have even if it's weird...
I don't much care what people think of my music.
I've gotten used to people thinking some of my music is stupid or embarrassing, a lot of people criticize me for listening to The Rasmus, so :p
Lolly, Spice Girls, Sugababes (though I paid to see them live!), My Chemical Romance, PMMP (simply because they're Finnish and sing in Finnish, and I'm not Finnish and don't understand a word), Robyn and that 'Witchdoctor' song.
When these flick on my Mp3 player or on my Winamp I quickly try to change song.
