Well just generally pissing in the same place that you wash isn't good imo. I think it's even a bit dodgy to have a loo in the same place you wash. I used to do it when I was younger until I realized that it was staining the bathtub yellow. The bathtub and the shower are connected...plus the toilet is like right there so...I just use that.
