Battle on the Big Bridge
Battle on the Big Bridge is definitely one. The other Final Fantasy ones I was thinking of were Dancing Mad and the FFXII version of Final Fantasy. Imbroglio from Shadow Hearts certainly seemed pretty epic at the time. That's final boss music of the game.
Big Bridge, Pandemonium, One Winged Angel, I always liked the opening 4-8 bars of the Sorceress battles.
