Elvis from Perfect Dark is simply far more deserving of being on a list.

I'm not going to do Final Fantasy characters because there's only one I think is kickass-- Rydia from FFIV of course.

Meh, I like deep characters who actually say stuff.

10. Eldoth/Skie (Baldur's Gate)-A good-for-nothing bard who fakes his love for a sweet, but spoiled brat girl to take her ransom money and benefit himself. Evil, but badass.
9. Vivi (FFIX)-Lovable and sweet, a mage with heart!
8. Yuna (FFX)-You have respect a girl who sacrifices her life and everything she knows to save the world and eventually destroy a corrupt religion and saving herself in the process.
7. Rose (Legend Of Dragoon)-A slick, sly, shady woman who turns out to be one of the villians? Nice.
6. Tira (Soul Calibut III/IV)-Sadistic pleasure mixed with mental instability inside what would be a sweet girl. She's kinda freaky.
5. Zasalamel (Soul Calibur III/IV)-A mastermind with a sycthe who crafts the whole story to end his reincarnations.
4. Darth Traya (KOTORII)-Badass old lady who actually messes with your mind and eventually uses you to complete a villanious plan.
3. Zelos Wilder (Tales of Symphonia)-All-Around fighter who is both hilarious and likable.
2. Valygar Corthala (Baldur's Gate II)-A tough, strong-willed guy who has a deep backstory and is awesome in combat.
1. Red XIII (FFVII)-Smart, good-hearted and totally original.
