Funnily enough, I've been addicted to the OST. Except the weird Mexican. I'm totally not into that. Jon Licht and Daniel Licht is good stuff though.

I love the soundtrack too, even the Cuban and Hispanic influenced music. I'm probably just biased though because I love this show so much.
For those who have yet to catch season 2, you're in for quite a ride. Also anyone familiar with the show feel free to discuss anything from the characters you like/dislike, to predictions about season 3, or anything of that nature. Don't forget about those spoiler tags.
Upcoming Spoilers (Up to the end of Season 2)
(SPOILER)I wasn't sure how I felt about Doakes getting axed but the way it was handled where Dexter didn't have a physical hand in it just blew me away (no pun intended).
Jimmy Smits enters Season 3 as Miguel Prado, an Assistant District Attorney. With his background as an actor, I think he can bring a lot to the show. As far as predictions, I really don't have a clue. Even with the preview we can only know so much. We'll just have to wait and see.
I was lucky to catch a glimpse of various episodes of Season 1; however, as the show continues its run, I find it difficult to sympathize with an amoral character like Dexter.
I don't know. Dexter has a pretty strong set of morals for a serial killer.
Looking forward to the series starting up again. The last season was fantastic.
The character Dexter in the books is so much more entertaining, but the series is enjoyable in its own way (a better story, for one thing, and better characters outside of Dexter).
I do look forward to season 3 (and the fourth book, hoping that Lindsay recognizes that the 3rd book was terrible).
xD The interaction between Dexter and Doakes is hilarious. Dexter/Doakes Montage
Apparently there's an episodic Dexter iPhone game in the works. :P
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. No more regard for Harry's Code?
They're going to ruin it. ;____;
I haven't seen it yet. But one of my friends have talked me into having a DVD marathon with her, and so we're going to watch the entire first season of Dexter since she's in love with the show (or maybe it's just the lead actor? :)) I'm pretty curious to see what all the buzz is about.
Season 2 > Season 1 in every way imaginable, except for the endings.
(SPOILER)Miguel Prado = New Doakes = Lame. Also, I hated Lila and am so happy that it is DexterxRita again. Also, without Harry's code, there's gonna be hardxcore blood spillage. Whoooooo!
I can't wait, Dexter is my favourite—running—show. About not following Harry's code anymore, I don't think it's gonna be that bad. He's got his own morals, after all—it will be exciting to see to what extent he will hang on to them. The series definitely needs to continue to evolve lest it becomes dull, so I'm very excited to see what new scenarios they can conjure up.
As for Prado, (SPOILER)as much as I loved the Doakes–Dexter dynamics, they had to end it. I hope to see Prado become "the workplace threat" but in a new fashion. They can't just go over the same thing again, that's what runs series down the toilet. Change = yes please.
Okay, so me and my friend watched the entire first season last Sunday, and I must say that I've become a fan of the show!
It's comedy mixed with crime mixed with drama, and it all equals greatness. Also, the actors are really good (Michael C. Hall especially). Can't wait to see what happens in the 2nd season!
When is the second season starting? I don't want to miss it.
I guess it'll be different in different areas. *Googles*
