It's fine either way. I've always had a strong craving for it and would put it on a good bit of things such as bagels, toasts, chocolates, etc.
Wow! I'm surprised crunchy is in the lead! Usually, people bitch about crunchy! :p
Smooth for me. I don't hate crunchy, but I just prefer smooth. It easy to get with your fingers when there isn't enough to get with a spoon.
Smooth is for boring people, we're just all cool.

I used to like the chunky peanut butter until one time when I mistook a roach for a peanut.
Peanut butter = win. Smooth or crunchy, it's all good. And now I want peanut butter :(

Smooth, it goes much better on sandwiches and crackers.
Oddly enough, I always preferred chunky as a kid, but outgrew it in favor of smooth.
