I picked Return of the Jedi, but Indy, LotR and Die Hard also had strong third movies.
You put Back To The Future III in the poll, twice. Voted for it though, definitely the most entertaining piece that you could feed your imagination. The EXTENDED version of The Lord of the Rings: Return of the King merits a mention as well though. It is SO much better than the theatrical version.
