42ish hours. Halfway through I stopped being tired and just couldn't get to sleep, although by the end of it my head was spinning and I didn't feel like I was really there.
less than a day
22/23 hours. I had a sleepover and was determined to stay up all night but crashed at 5 a.m.
One of our graduation tasks from high school was to stay awake for 72 hours, but I was gone after around 40 or so, so I'm guessing that's my personal record. I rarely have any reason to stay awake longer than 24 hours.
Nooo no Fire Axes! I'm friendly I assure you!
no, but 5 days straight followed by 3 days of partying on less than 6 hours sleep is more than impressive. And the last few weeks I'd consider more than 2 hours a blessing. It might not count as staying up but then the longest I went without any sleep got so bad I ended up telling a tree shut up (hallucinations are fun) Still theres no point arguing about who can go with the least sleep unless we were ever in a position where who sleeps less lives or wins it's not really anything to be proud off.
42 hours.
Bunny:
That's also one of the tasks actually, along with 99 others, and the reward is that you get to spend another year in school. I didn't do that one fortunately.
Probably around 40 hours or so. I'm not a big fan of all-nighters, though, personally.
About uh... 50 hours.
Funny story (not really), before posting this bulletin I was fine, but afterwards I just crashed out.
The most I've ever stayed up was when I was younger. A whole night of playing Banjo-Kazooie, then when my parents woke up I found out we were going to Las Vegas. I didn't go to sleep until 3 A.M. the next day, and I'm too lazy to do the math.
Haven't done a whole lot of sleep-schedule flipping and stuff for a few years... I think the most I did back then was 32 when I was a freshman. Friend's birthday party at the beach. Fun.
Not sure if I pulled a true all-nighter this school year or not. I know for sure I did last year for a bio paper. Woke up 8am, went to bed about 10pm the next day? That's 34? I remember I was fine in the morning and stuff. Paper was due 1st period and was followed by a giant test. 2nd-6th period I was okay, but when 7th period hit, I was as good as dead. :] Practice after school until 6:30pm woke me up though. :D
About 2 days.
