I think im doing ok, I think im the best nurse that i can be in work and at home (my fiance is very ill right now :( :( )
Only thing im failing at is my weight :(
Bought i fab dress the other day so i suppose im doing the best i can at looking good in this dress..

In America no one can be the best at anything because other people may feel at a disadvantage and it may hurt someone's feelings. They're taught that everyone is unique yet the same, that we're all winners but winning and losing doesn't matter. That even though we're all equal, we divide ourselves into little groups demanding an extra piece of the pie to make things even. Everyone here should be turned into chicken feed.
But I digress, I am the best being of pure physical energy that I can be. I have learned to become a fat Asian man, a lizard, and the intimate apparel of one Ms Star Jones (don't ask).
i dont think im the best i can be , i average at smurfing everything and it annoys me and every time i try to get good im still average so ive given up on trying to hard on one thing and trying hard to have a fun time with life (might not be to good for my future) but im having a fun time in the now
