I haven't tried many fish but they all seem to have one thing in common: they're all frakkin' tasty.
Eel and salmon do it for me, though I'm partial to a good bit of tuna too. But not that gooey, whipped, mayo-infused crap that passes for tuna in a cheap salad or sushi joint.
Salmon and trout is pretty tasty.
I don't like most Atlantic whitefish. They all taste like perch to me, and I'll eat perch but I don't like to.
That being said; mahi, salmon, rainbow & brown trout, shellfish, tuna, yellowtail, eel, and many other sea-dwellers are delicious. Except for shrimp in any incarnation. It is awful.
I'm not a big fan of northern pike, other than that I have nothing against any aquatic vertebrate I've come across.
I don't eat fishies anymore, as one time they made me real sick.
