I live on both sides of the ocean, so I use both colour and color....Some times the two different spellings are on the same paragraph....Pisses the hell out of Microsoft Word!
Honestly, need we even discuss this? Colour is the only correct answer and anyone who fails to recognise this fact is clearly very silly indeed.
I speak proper English as spoken by the English because the English are the ones who invented English and so the Americans aren't really speaking English*
