Im going to do my best in the road to realizing this EoFF dream... At the moment I am debating on whether or not to go ahead and start or see if Nikki will be ungrounded soon enough for a release next weekend...

I'd suggest only having you two as permanent 'staff' on this venture as that allows you to make changes depending on availability of others. You don't want to have to wait on people while the world moves on. Do what you can on your own, as much as possible - you should be the stars! If people are able to quickly help out on your timescales then all the better, but start simple and grow from there. If you start too big and things go downhill then, well, that sucks. But if you start small and save your 'added features' for later shows (ie, don't do 50 features one week, then none the next, then four the next, then a thousand... oh, you get the idea), then people will find it more awesome.
Also, if you do have people get involved, remember they can do it in loads of ways - you could read something out on their behalf as a quote, you could have them voice-over or you could have them use their own cam. Variety is win, it keeps people coming back to see what'll happen next. :D
Obviously, I think this is a neat idea, as I mentioned to you earlier. Don't worry about how many people do or don't reply to this thread - you don't need to drum up interest. Just do it and let the results speak for themselves. :)
