A certain collection of FFVII fanboy pictures.
I'm pretty sure I'd go mad in a few weeks without some form of entertainment. That entertainment would be games, music, internet, tv or something to read. When bored I'll read/do anything to pass time and thats after a few hours. A few days/weeks and we'd be talking I've turned in to Tom Hanks in the film Castaway.
I'd be fine without a/my computer or the internet! I can keep myself pretty occupied with anything, especially other people.
I couldn't live without my Willbear. :D

Computer and internet are definitely at the top. I could live without pretty much everything else, at least for a good long while.
A computer, my phone, and uh... well, the third would be interpersonal contact but with a phone and computer I have a lot of access to that.
