A quick search on ebay does reveal more paraphernalia than I expected, including some of the things like the Art Books, unfortunately that's on the US ebay which means I can't buy it...
However you can buy a Costume of Rosa Farrell from FFVI! She was my favourite character from FFVI, and Celes was my favourite character from FFIV!
