Who bakes chicken wings? Deep fried and spicy for me.
Baked chicken skin is way better than Grilled skin. The meat tastes the same either way though.
From a cow. Screw poultry!
I've never really been that into them. Not after this failed lunch.

When you say chicken wings do you mean the deboned, battered, meant-to-be-fried kind or the still-on-the-bone, bake and toss in a sauce kind?
