*is jonesing so hard*
I'm a fiend for mozzerella, cheddar and red Leicester. I love cheese.
Do I really need to spend the extra fifty cents to add a slice of cheese to my hamburger? Not really, but I do it anyways.
Cheap mozzerella... don't ever bother.
Now, EDAM. Ah, geez how I lve that stuff. Red Leicester and Double Gloucester, Cheddar, Gouda, Le Roule... *drools*
I fudgin' love cheese man... Except the processed sliced crap that goes in burgers, I swear it's just plastic.
I love cheese xD
Baby swiss is the :bou::bou::bou::bou:, and a melty pepperjack cheese and roast beef sandwich make Will a happy man.
I like pretty much any cheese. The only ones I am positive I dislike are goat cheese and blue cheese.
I don't really like cheese so much on things or in dishes (like on top of pasta or loads of cheese on pizza) but I like to eat it just straight, or with crackers, or wine or whatever. Really flavorful cheese. Mozzarella in particular - there is this kind at Trader Joe's that has been marinated in olive oil, red pepper flakes, basil, and garlic....oh god. I could eat the whole smurfing thing just by itself.
This is my favorite Cheese.

My favourite is Swiss, but I love most cheeses. Cheese makes almost anything just that much better. :cat:
I love cheese. I really love a sharp, creamy cheddar, but I don't really fancy Swiss.
I like cheese, but not usually by itself. I recently got into pepperjack cheese, which for some reason, I had never tried before.
Asiago, Romano, Parmesean, Gouda, Pepperjack, Colby, White American, Mild Cheddar, White Cheddar.
Dammit, all of it!

Havarti cheese is pretty good. It's very rich and creamy.
