Personalities are always great for the story, but I mean, Onion knight, the name alone could raze a continent.
I might have preferred real characters if they were decent, but the party in the remake aren't. So I remain all about my Onion Swordsmen.
I would have liked the remake ones if their names weren't so terrible
Well I prefer the blank Onion Kids cos I like to name them after me and my friends. Also, I don't feel that having character personalities added to the game's story/experience.
Arc is a good name! :zombert:
Sorry, but I prefer the DS remake with named characters etc. Was kind of annoyed they went with the awkward 'Onion Knight' name for Luneth in Dissidia. Kind of makes the remake redundant, or something.
I would like them to do a full-fledged remake of FFI with characters with names and personalities, too. That'd be sweeeeeet.
That's because it wasn't Luneth. It was the original Onion Knight from 3.
I prefer the DS guys more. Luneth looked awesome in it lol
I like the individual designs, but not for obvious reasons. I named my party as follows:
Luneth: Yuki
Arc: Kyo
Refia: Tohru
Ingus: Momiji
Personally, I've only played the NES version. I just named then One, Two, Three, and Four because I couldn't think of anything creative.
I think I like both, but I'll lean toward... the DS characters. Mainly because I found Luneth adorable, and the personalities were overall very enjoyable.
Though I don't really have a problem with blank slate characters.
I just started ff3ds, and I have to say the two characters I've gotten so far are adorable ^_~ I kinda liked how ffiiines started out with them all being basically brothers or bffs though.
