Shion Uzuki from Namco's Xenosaga series for Playstation 2.
Some information about Shion: She is the star of the Xenosaga series and known as the "Chief Engineer of KOS-MOS Project General Operation System Research Center, Vector Industries First R&D Division" (that's quite a mouthful!). In the first game she appears "cute" and wearing a pair of glasses, though she drastically changes her appearance in the next two games. Heh :smug:

I vote for Zoey. Yeah, she’s annoying, but she’s not Rochelle, and in a world where there seems to be a sudden lack of uteri, we should preserve the least annoying of two women.
The Neanderthals simply don't appriciate Shion. :(
Perhaps, however, you should update the title whenever the Babe in question changes. ;)
Those weird shoulder pads are strange. Also I much prefer her hair in the "appearance" shot.
